CASA is one of Washington’s most popular summer programs and space fills quickly. Admission and class selection are based on a first-come, first served basis.
1. Complete the CASA enrollment form
2. Include a non-refundable deposit for each child and for each session. Session I, Session II, and CASA Sampler deposits are $200 per child/per session.
3. Campers in grades 1-7 should select three class choices for each class period. Campers will receive their schedules on the first day of class.
4. Mail your form, deposit, and class selections to:

You will be notified by email when you have been accepted into the program. Please be sure your preferred email address is written clearly on your registration form.

Any child not initially admitted to CASA may opt to be put on our wait list. CASA will hold your deposit until your child is enrolled. We will notify you of your status by email or phone.
Payment must be made in-full by May 8, 2009.
Please inform our office in writing if you need to withdraw your child from any CASA program. All deposits are non-refundable. If you withdraw prior to May 8, 2009 you will receive a full refund (less your deposit). No refunds are allowed after May 8, 2009
In order for your child to attend camp, we must receive their complete health information and up-to-date immunization records in advance. Please submit all required health forms no later than May 8, 2009.
