CASA is Sheridan’s Creative Arts Summer Adventure and we’re everything our name implies: warm and welcoming…imaginative and inspiring…exciting and engaging!
CASA offers a delightful mix of summer classes in a setting that’s encouraging, relaxed, and highly interactive. Designed for children ages 3-16, our vibrant, thoughtfully developed program provides kids with opportunities to explore the creative process, discover new friends, and revel in the best summer fun.
Unlock a world gleeful with possibilities, where children tap into their creative imagination, develop new skills, and strengthen their self-confidence. CASA’s enthusiastic and supportive staff knows how to strike just the right summer balance: leisurely, lively, intellectually energizing…and exceptionally exuberant.

Our Philosophy
CASA is different from traditional summer programs. With exceptionally talented teachers, a welcoming “at home” setting, countless family festivities, and a seemingly endless choice of classes, CASA stands apart from traditional summer camps.
Our Team
Creative, energetic, and friendly, CASA’s multi-talented staff is devoted to creating a rich summer for your child. Artists and performers, early childhood specialists and teachers – each has been chosen for their unique insight, skill, and way with kids. Our 7:1 student/teacher ratio ensures individual attention. Meet us during our Evening with the Artists on June 28th at 6pm, or at Noontime with the Artists on July 9th at 1pm. You’ll see why CASA students (and their parents!) praise our remarkable team.
Our Setting
Located on the campus of Sheridan School in upper northwest Washington, CASA offers a quiet, neighborhood setting, coupled with in-town convenience. Nestled between two Metro stops, Sheridan is surrounded by shade trees, with a playground for field and water games, basketball, and other outdoor sports. Indoor activities take place in Sheridan’s colorful, kid-friendly, air-conditioned learning spaces.
