CAS2021 REGISTRATION

Welcome to CASA! Registration is now close and will open on January 11, 2021.

Refund Policy:

Our refund policy for CASA 2021 is still in progress.  Here is a draft of how we envision refunds for 2021:

For our in-house program:

  • Prior to May 15 – Registrations are 100% refundable
  • Starting June 21 (first day of camp)
    • Voluntary withdrawal after camp starts is eligible for a 50% refund on the remaining days
    • If CASA is closed due to state or local restrictions, families are eligible for a 100% discount on days closed
    • If CASA has to close campus for 48 hours for suspected or confirmed contamination or a cohort group needs to be quarantined, families are eligible for a 100% discount on days closed
    • If a camper or someone in their direct household tests positive for COVID-19 we will cancel your session and you will receive a prorated refund for the remainder of the season

For our CASA Online program (virtual):

  • Prior to May 15 – Registrations are 100% refundable
  • Voluntary withdrawal after camp starts is eligible for a 50% refund on the remaining days
  • If WE cancel, change, or reschedule any programs for CASA Online 2021 that no longer work for your family, we will provide a full refund.

Financial Aid:

The financial aid program at CASA strives to ensure that every camper who has the opportunity to be part of our community can take advantage of everything CASA has to offer each summer, regardless of family finances.
The deadline to apply for Financial Aid for CASA 2021 is February 15, 2021. The application is now closed and will open on January 11, 2021.
